
Christopher Kay is an award-winning director, writer, producer and editor, most known for Australian feature film 'Just Between Us' (2018) which featured veteran actors Clayton Jacobson ('Kenny', 'Brother's Nest') and John Jarratt (Wolf Creek, Django Unchained). In 2019, Christopher was nominated for an Australian Director's Guild award for Best Director In A Feature Film. Previously he has directed over a dozen short films, music videos and advertisements, as well as created, written and directed comedy web serials 'Double Takes', 'Chit Chats' and 'BitSkits TV'. His short film 'Meter' starring comedians Greg Fleet and Dave Callan was selected as part of the 'Top 100 Australian Short Films' for the St Kilda Film Festival 2014. Heist film 'Safe' swept accolades worldwide in L.A, Sonoma County, and the ACS, also making the top 50 shortlist for the prestigious Tropfest 2016. Most recently, he has written, directed and produced multiple award-winning short film 'Grace', which has been a festival favorite worldwide and is currently in development to be expanded into a feature film.
