Christopher Kay is an award-winning director, having recently directed and edited
feature film ‘Just Between Us’ (2018) which featured veteran actors Clayton Jacobson
('Kenny', "Brother's Nest') and John Jarratt (Wolf Creek, Django Unchained).
In 2019, Christopher was nominated for an Australian Director’s Guild award for Best Director In A Feature Film. Previously he has directed over a dozen short films and music videos, as well as created, written and directed comedy web serials ‘Double Takes’, ‘Chit Chats’ and ‘BitSkits TV’. His acclaimed series of horror shorts ‘Found’ won ‘Best Series’ and ‘Best Horror Humour’ at the 2015 Independent Horror Movie Awards. His short film ‘Meter’ starring comedians Greg Fleet and Dave Callan was selected as part of the ‘Top 100 Australian Short Films’ for the St Kilda Film Festival 2014. Heist film ‘Safe’ swept accolades worldwide in L.A, Sonoma County, and the ACS, also making the top 50 shortlist for the prestigious Tropfest 2016. He is currently in development of his second feature film 'Grace'

Currently based in Hong Kong, deep house and techno artist REED's latest release The Jam was shot on location in his hometown of Melbourne. This Christopher Kay directed video revolves around the trail of an anonymous hooded graffiti artist who constantly eludes the pursuers looking to take him down.
